Coyne Recruitment work with employers of choice within the skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic apprenticeship provider in adding to their team. This role requires an outstanding Account Manager who has relevant up to date exposure and experience of working with Levy Clients.

Home based role with excellent benefits including company car or car allowance, bonus structure, and the autonomy to manage your own clients.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Overseen by our Head of Customer Engagement is one sales team split into 2 divisions, each overseen by a Customer Engagement Manager, each with a slightly different focus but very much working together.
  • One focuses on new business, the SME market and smaller Levy accounts, and the other focuses more on the account management of our larger Levy employers, this role sits within the latter.
  • You will nurture and develop your accounts, getting to know your clients to the point where you feel like part of their team as well as being an integral colleague at the company.
  • This role will focus primarily with our large accounts Nationally within the Transport & Logistics sector.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has experience within the Apprenticeship sector as an Account Manager. You will have a good understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy and experience of developing and growing existing accounts. You will be an excellent communicator, you'll be able to nurture strong relationships with your clients, ensuring we are their partner of choice. You will work with and understand the full range of products offered by the business to guide your clients to a full suite of training solutions.
