We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation recruit for a highly skilled an experienced Business Analyst Curriculum Lead.

The successful candidate will have experience of working on development of content and delivery plan (Learner Journey) for the launch of Business Analyst Level 4 programme, built from the revised standard on this qualification. As well as supporting with curriculum you will also be responsible for reduced caseload of learners for on programme learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working to develop the modular content for the Business Analyst programme, based on subject matter knowledge of the qualification and subject matter
  • Working with inhouse digital team on development of the e-learning modular content to form part of the delivery structure for the course, based on provision of the technical content for these modules
  • To work with Compliance Manager to support the development and competencies of Standards on e-track/new system (as implemented)
  • Contribute to decisions regarding prior learning (reduced funding) for Standard and stretch and challenge plans
  • In conjunction with other members of the team develop and update Skills Scans and OTJ plan
  • Work with team on build out of resource to support delivery on the programme as begin to deliver and scale offering
  • Work with the TLs and Delivery Manager to monitor KPI’s and regularly review them to maintain standards
  • To provide feedback, training and coaching to the team
  • Responsible for ongoing training and development on the Standard
  • To meet personal KPI’s in order that the business to meet its targets
  • Guiding and supporting Skills Coaches and Trainers to ensure quality and consistency of assessment and teaching practice
  • Contribute to coordinating EPA Readiness
  • Monitoring and developing the quality of curriculum resource (Intent, Implementation and Impact)
  • Develop relationships with EPAOs
  • Contribute to the planning and development of standardisation days
  • Responsible for reduced caseload of learners for on programme learners
  • Follow the guidance issued by both the Awarding Body and The Institute of Apprenticeships with regard to assessment practice and the completion of documentation
  • Full compliance with Quality Assurance systems to ensure consistency and continuous improvement, liaising with appropriate staff to ensure that systems in support of assessment, verification and additional support are fully implemented.
  • Deliver staff development appropriate to the contractual requirements of the post and the needs of the apprenticeship team
  • Contribute to desktop based reviews and OTJ audit compliance
  • Conduct OTLA’s for the Standard in line with guidance from the Quality team
  • Ensure that schemes of work are used to ensure a well-planned learner journey
  • Work towards gaining the judgment of outstanding in all areas
  • Induction of new Skills Coaches and internal quality assurance of staff as required
  • Requirement to attend Head Office curriculum meetings
