Coyne Recruitment is proud to represent a true market leader in financial education. We are seeking dynamic candidates who are interested in an exciting new challenge, where you will be training up the next generation of accountancy & tax professionals.

Our client is seeking a number trainers to deliver training to apprentices doing their Level 2-7 accountancy apprenticeship qualifications (these are equivalent to GCSE to Master’s Degree level). No previous experience working as a teacher/tutor is necessary - my client will provide all of the training you need! We also require experienced Tutors who can deliver up to Level 7 to join the team!

What you might be doing now:

  • Currently employed as an Accountancy Tutor/Coach/Trainer/Teacher
  • Working for an audit & accountancy practice
  • Working for a finance team or function
  • You may already be working in an educational setting within the accountancy space
  • Or you may have just finished your own accountancy studies and like the idea of going into teaching
  • The role:

    You will provide outstanding classroom and online teaching to learners, inspiring them to achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You’ll continuously build your knowledge, skills and capabilities through regular training provided by our client, whilst helping them to improve what they deliver to their customers & learners

    What you will bring:

    You will not need prior teaching experience because my client’s Tutor Academy will help you become an inspirational educator, but you will need to bring:

  • Recent professional accounting qualifications (as specified above)
  • Ability to communicate and present with confidence, clarity and purpose
  • Focus on quality and learner outcomes
  • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Excellent written skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and trust
