We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation recruiting for a highly skilled Clinical Care Level 3 Personal Tutor.

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and passionate Personal Tutor to join our winning team. You will motivate and drive learners to achieve their Clinical Care apprenticeships. You will support the learning journey through effective use of learning resources and facilitate on and off the job training as required. 

Utilising your successful career in the childcare and education sector, along with your passion for learning and development, you will inspire, guide and coach your learners to develop their knowledge, skills and future ability to successfully achieve their apprenticeship programme with us.

Our innovative learner management system and latest technology will guide your learners through their learner journey to drive progression forwards.

Experience, knowledge and skills required:

  • A1 or D32/33 Assessor qualification
  • Relevant technical certificates
  • GCSE English & Maths at grade C or above or equivalent
  •  Minimum of Level 2 in Functional Skills - Maths, English & ICT
  • Relevant occupational experience
  • Behaviours and qualifications required:

  • Friendly and approachable with the ability to energise your learners
  • Positive and solutions focused approach to tasks and challenges
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Full driving licence and use of car
  • Assessors qualification
  • Minimum of Level 2 in Functional Skills Maths and English
