My client, a multi-award winning tech/digital training provider, are based in Central London. This will be partially remote with 2 days in the office.
The role is within their Skills Bootcamps team, ensuring our Skills Bootcamps run smoothly and compliant. What you do underpins the entire sales function and forms a critical part of making sure their own people can provide, and that our customers receive the best possible service.

Essential Skills
- Experience of working in a similar support environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Can use CRM (or similar) reporting systems effectively
- Highly organised
- Naturally high attention to detail and ensures accuracy in delivery
- Prioritises tasks and reliably meets deadlines
- Can build rapport and manage expectations across a diverse level of stakeholders
- Manages sensitive information with the utmost discretion
