Coyne Recruitment work with the leading and most reputable organisations across the Employability and Skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation to recruit for a skilled Customer Support Consultant for our client.

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing application support to external customers and assisting them with our web-based software via the telephone and by email.


The role involves answering application queries in line with skills sector or careers business knowledge, diagnosing issues and occasionally testing new product releases.


Taking ownership of users’ issues, you will ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times. Responding to enquires in an efficient and friendly manner, you will help to resolve practical issues and software problems and refer escalated issues to our software developers whilst maintaining ownership of each job.


We will provide full in-house training and support on the application to ensure you are knowledgeable and comfortable in assisting our customers.

  • Provide online & telephone software support to customers
  • Support industry leading management information system for customers with a SQL database back end
  • Ensure support requests are handled efficiently and within agreed SLA’s
  • Make sure tasks are completed and outcomes communicated to a high standard
  • Maintain strong relationship with external and internal customers
  • Create and maintain supporting documentation for internal use
