Coyne Recruitment are trusted partners for a number of leading and innovative training providers across the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Skills Development Tutor to join one of our leading clients Digital Marketing Apprenticeship and Study Programme team. The main focus of the role is to develop and deliver continually improved training to multiple funding streams to achieve outcomes for customers through the development of their knowledge, skills, behaviours & attitudes.

Key Responsibilities:

-        To coach, guide and mentor apprentices enrolled onto the Digital Marketer apprenticeship programme and to ensure their timely progress towards End Point Assessment. Your overall responsibility is to guide apprentices in your caseload to becoming industry leading marketers through imparting your expert knowledge and experience.

-        You will also be accountable for making reasonable adjustments to meet the individual needs of learners across a wide variety of provisions

-        Mark/assess students’ work, provide structured feedback and set and agree development objectives with all key stakeholders

-        Accurately track progress of all learners and effectively risk band their timely progress and achievement using additional learner support funds and tools, where necessary, to ensure learners are not disadvantaged

-        Support/Drive the periodical review of stakeholder feedback impact tools to amplify the learner and employer voice to facilitate learner and employer led curriculum improvements

-        Manage the safe evacuation of students in the event of fire or other emergency, following agreed company procedures and ensure that health and safety procedures are always followed

-        Participate in open evenings, taster days, effective IAG and employer engagement activities to achieve personal targets and replenish individual and departmental study programme, adult, SSW and apprenticeship caseloads as applicable

-        Account manage the client caseload to ensure we retain business, facilitate progression and secure new business

About You: 

 

-        At least 5 years vocational industry experience in specialist subject area

-        Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing

-        Experience of teaching and learning quality standards especially OFSTED

-        At least 1-2 years within teaching, learning and assessment

-        Up to date knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques /professional qualifications as appropriate

-        Have or are working towards a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent qualification

Required:

 

-        Ability to create and conceptualise innovative and engaging learning materials

-        Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook to a competent level to enhance the learner journey

-        Effective Coaching

-        Ability to use a variety of digital systems and eLearning platforms to direct and support learners
