Coyne Recruitment are delighted to be working with forward thinking Training Provider based in Brighton who are looking to recruit an Electrical Installation Assessor/Tutor. This role will involve delivering the Electrical Installation Technician Apprenticeship up to Level 3. This is a full time, permanent role working from our client’s purpose build training centre.

The Electrical Installation Assessor will be responsible for:

Assessing the Electrical Installation Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3

Developing, agreeing and delivering realistic plans for learning and assessment with learners including the identification of different needs

Planning the assessment process with learners & other people involved including establishing and developing employer participation

Conducting timely reviews in line with national and local procedures

Contributing to the internal quality assurance process and responsible for outstanding quality standards throughout all aspects of delivery

Recruitment of new learners in line with the company growth plan

Retention and timely achievement of all learners

Liaison with Internal Quality Assurers and Awarding Body Standards Verifiers to ensure learner portfolios satisfy awarding body criteria

Taking responsibility for safeguarding and promoting student welfare

The Electrical Installation Assessor will:

Have previous experience of assessing Electrical Installation Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3 ideally in a classroom environment

Hold a Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) as a minimum

Have shown they can carry out inspections for inspection and testing

Experience of managing a caseload of learners and achieving timely completions

Possess a Level 3 assessor qualification either A1 or equivalent
