Enrolment & Compliance Office

Coyne Recruitment work with employers of choice within the skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic apprenticeship provider in adding to their team. This role requires an outstanding Enrolment Officer who has exposure and experience enrolling apprenticeship learners onto their appropriate qualification.

Using your passion for learning and development together with your extensive compliance experience, you will deliver innovative advice and guidance to our learners to progress them onto their qualification. You will guide and mentor our learners whilst encouraging them to complete their planned learning and development tasks throughout their learning journey to successfully achieve their qualifications. You will enrich the experience of our learners as their first point of contact to help them enrol on to their most suitable apprenticeship program.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Engaging with and enrolling learners onto their required funded programmes
  • Enrol learners onto funded programmes
  • Maintain company compliance controls and carry out checks to ensure these work as required.
  • Complete 5week and Completion calls to learners
  • Support with calls to employers
  • Manage learner registration and certification requirements in line with EPAO and AO requirements
  • Support sales colleagues and employers with the use of the digital apprenticeship service
  • To put quality and compliance at the forefront of everything the business does. Act with integrity and set high expectations for colleagues.
  • Stay up to date with funding rules changes and report these to the relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain company compliance controls and carry out checks to ensure these work as required.
  • Work with colleagues to move to digital solutions to increase efficiency and minimise environmental impact
  • Audit data and present this for relevant stakeholders
  • Identify non-compliance report and respond appropriately
  • Responsible for GDPR assurance
  • Act with integrity and ensure the team share the same values.
  • Ensure the departments KPI targets are met in relation to funding errors, information processing and upload deadlines.
  • Communicate with other departments and maintain close working relationships to ensure everyone is aware of compliance updates.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience or using e-portfolio systems
  • Relvent English and maths qualifications
  • Relevant it experience
  • Experience within health and social care - desirable
  • Good general administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to plan your own workload
  • IT literate, with the ability to adapt to new systems easily
  • Confident decision maker
  • Flexible & adaptable to change
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to influence & motivate learners
