Coyne Recruitment work with the leading and most reputable organisations across the Employability and Skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation to recruit for a skilled Funded Learning Lead for our client.
In this role, you will be responsible to ensure quality assurance and ongoing improvement of teaching, learning and assessments. This includes English, Maths and construction-based programmes of learning, In line with awarding bodies ESFA, subcontract and partnership requirements, including funding guidance and deliver specifications, in line with company objectives.
Implementing and reviewing innovative approaches to the delivery of programmes of funded learning, monitor learner progress, knowledge and practical skills to industry standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of all Apprenticeship Programmes and Funded Learning through troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating delivery, arranging cover and checking registers, etc
Line management of Apprenticeship Skills Coaches and support staff
Plan Apprenticeship programmes and engagement with employers
Work with the Business Development team to ensure commitments to employers are discharged and exceeded
Proactively source solutions around planning constraints and proactively look for ways to build operational and financial efficiencies into resource planning
Oversee the effective timetabling of all Apprenticeship and Funded Learning programmes
Work with the Business Development and Funded Learning teams to ensure programmes are planned in line with resource capabilities and qualification/ employer requirements
Assist in recruitment, as required
Complete and maintain safe, secure and accurate observation, evaluation and feedback records using e-based learning management systems;
Collate information to create reports for the Board, including annual self-assessment reports and internal monitoring
Ensure the delivery team effectively uses core management information and learning management systems
Support the design, development and delivery of curriculum, new modules/programmes of training and resources as required by the company and partner organisations;
Teach and assess a caseload of learners within any one of the following curriculum areas: English and maths/Construction trade/technical/digital design
Proactively engage with external stakeholders and governing bodies to ensure the quality of teaching and learning provision meets with or exceeds expectations
