We are seeking an experienced Head of Learner Recruitment to join this ever growing and forward thinking Training Provider. My client are fast becoming a market leader with their sustained growth and senior appointments in the last 18 months being key to this.
Role:
The role is to lead a team to maintain and build relationships with potential Skills Bootcamps candidates, screen them effectively for suitability and support them onto Skills Bootcamps programmes. You will be expected to facilitate this process through a variety of duties ranging from undertaking CV consultations, online webinar presentations, 1-2-1 career advice and guidance and conversing with learners via email, phone and face-to-face. Actively supporting the Skills Bootcamps team with retaining learners until they secure employment.
You will be managing various teams remotely with some travel required to various sites for 1-2-1s in South, Mid and North England.
Duties:
- Promote online promotional webinars coordinating support from team members
- Liaising with the Marketing team around email campaigns, lead sources and website/brochure content
- Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
- Attending client meetings where appropriate
- To lead and line manage a team of remote Learner Engagement Officers, including all duties normally associated with the management of staff such as appraisals, mentoring and 121 performance management reviews/supervision & wellbeing meetings
- Implement and manage a weekly and monthly reporting structure that enables effective performance management of the engagement team
- Managing the schedules and allocation of work to a team of Learner Engagement Officers
- Ensure effective staff Inductions and training/mentoring of new starters
- Implement high standards of customer support and efficiency throughout the department
- Overall responsibility and accountability for learner engagement relationships, ensuring they are receiving ongoing support and their queries, issues and complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Contribute to business planning, self-assessment, QIP, OFSTED visits and performance monitoring
- Coordinate team meetings and staff training events
- Attendance at networking events
- Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting activities, targets, sectors, markets,
- territories and set performance goals to achieve company objectives
