We are currently looking to support one of our leading clients who are currently expanding their team in Greater Manchester and as such are recruiting for an In Work Support Advisor to deliver first class in work support services to participants on the CRF Employment Programme to ensure a high level of sustainability in employment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting monthly face to face meetings, both in premises and on-site with employers, with Programme(s) participants.
  • Contacting participants that are in work on the Programme(s)
  • Working closely with the Employer Engagement Officers to ensure a seamless support service to both employer and the in-work participant and ensuring the participants progress further in their career and reduce the cycling in and out of work that affects this cohort of participants. 
  • Provide excellent level of customer service face to face and over the telephone.
  • From point of job start each participant requires an in work support call weekly or monthly till they reach Job Outcome stage.
  • Providing a service to ensure participants are happy in work and there are no issues.
  • Keep the system up to date to ensure we are fully compliant with our contract
  • To ensure all calls and contact is recorded are genuine and meet the companies and
  • Work closely with IAG Workers as needed and raise any issues to the Service Manager.
  • Adhere to strict data security procedures when handling customer data

 

Essential Skills:

  • Must have excellent telephone manner, good organisational skills and excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with ease.

 

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators
  • Ability to obtain information and record information accurately with high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to work including willingness to travel and working outside of office hours
  • Well developed IT skills, including and understanding of computerised management information systems, spreadsheet, diary management and email.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven environment
  • Must have a strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to undertake training as required

 

Experience:

  • It would be advantageous to have experience of dealing with customers either face to face or over the phone but this is not essential.
