We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation recruit for an International Partnerships Manager.
The International Partnerships Manager will play a key role in driving international sales and partnership development across international markets, offering our exceptional range of programmes and EdTech solutions to partners across the world, whilst providing structure and support to a growing number of international affiliates.
The role is suited to a dynamic person who can manage consultative sales business development with HE, private training providers, colleges, schools and employers. This person will also be involved in managing partner programme and affiliate relationships, as well as working on international bids and tenders relationship development and management.
This role will also work closely with their external international affiliates and strategic partners to coordinate international growth and operations across stakeholders, sales channels and projects, working collaboratively with our in-country colleagues to help them deliver on international growth and projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Driving growth in International Sales revenue line through new business and across customer accounts
Developing and managing strategic relationships to drive international growth
Developing new sales pipelines and driving sales campaigns
Collaborating with marketing, international affiliates and strategic partners to increase revenue generation
Creating strong relationships with customers and developing solutions and proposals that will meet the needs of learners and employees
Accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects to support international growth and strategy
Accountable for strategic engagement and effective communication with international stakeholders and customers
Accountable for fostering strong ties between international and internal stakeholders as affiliate and strategic partnerships develop
Supporting a growing international sales team and managing affiliate partnerships and pipeline
Providing product knowledge and demos to secure new business
Developing opportunities with senior contacts across schools, colleges, universities and corporate organisations internationally
Delivering against annual sales and growth targets and providing excellent account management to ensure high retention
Working with colleagues on projects and proposals to support international development
Liaising with strategic partners and stakeholders and regulatory and local stakeholders, such as national regulatory bodies
Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process, with annual sales retention key
Experience working in a sales team in an Education or B2B SaaS solutions environment
In depth understanding of education, assessment and skills from a deliver/end user perspective
Experience using and demonstrating technology products online
A proven track record of exceeding personal and team revenue targets
Ability to learn the IT platform and products available
Successful track record in sales and building relationships
Ambitious to build a career in sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
CRM experience and best practice within CRM
Ability to listen and ask questions to discover customer needs, present solutions, create proposals, and close opportunities
Self-motivated with positive and optimistic attitude
