We are proud to support these organisations who are playing a vital role helping the UK recover from Covid-19. We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation recruit for an Infrastructure Development Coach.

Job Purpose:

  • You will be required to take ownership of each learner/apprentice and provide them with the best learning journey from start to finish whilst adhering to ESFA funding and compliance rules
  • You will be delivering and facilitating teaching, training coaching and mentoring apprentices
  • The apprenticeship standard you will be delivering is around Digital Marketing
  • You will have a significant amount of interaction with learners and their employers therefore you will be required to demonstrate high standards of professionalism at all times
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering & facilitating training coaching & mentoring apprentices
  • Virtual classroom delivery of IT Infrastructure courses
  • Visiting learners and employers in the workplace
  • Attending team and company meetings
  • Delivery of Functional Skills
  • Supporting creation and maintenance of Curriculum materials
  • Experience Required:

  • Assessing qualification
  • Recognised vendor certifications relevant to the role
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Occupational competency in IT Infrastructure Disciplines
  • Experience in the delivery of apprenticeships including:
  • Infrastructure Technician L3
  • Information Communications Technician L3
  • Digital Support Technician L3
  • Network Engineer L4
  • Relevant knowledge/experience of apprenticeship and apprenticeship training delivery
  • Embrace online learning
