Coyne Recruitment work with the leading and most reputable organisations across the Employability and Skills sector. We are currently looking to support a fantastic organisation to recruit for a skilled Learner Engagement Manager for our client.

As a Learner Engagement Manager, you will engage with all parties to ensure business targets are reached and maximised against contractual learner volume profiles. The role will undertake development activities and support business opportunities and plans in line with company goals, implementing engagement plans and reporting via various forums on pipeline activity.

The role is accountable for effectively bringing in sales leads and converting them to enrolled learners, working with key clients to understand their Learning & Development needs and translate into business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Translate learning and development solutions in saleable propositions that encourage take up of the programmes and services by clients
  • Act as the first point of contact and representative of the company with selected clients
  • Promote the Complete Sills Solutions brand in line with the company’s vision, mission, values, and principles
  • Work with internal and external colleagues to ensure programmes meet client expectations
  • Support the business in utilising available funding contracts
  • Identify current and future capability gaps and deliver initiatives to address these with clients
  • Promote a learning culture for the client through effective planning, talent management and succession planning
  • Remain abreast with developments in the L&D funding arena to best advice clients and develop solutions
  • Use innovation as a tool to achieve growth and encourage its development in others
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims
  • Complete all necessary reporting to keep line management and the wider business informed and progress towards achieving agreed targets
  • Support develop and coordinate the active of the assign engagement officer(s)
