We are currently looking to support one of our leading clients who are currently expanding their team in Greater Manchester and as such are recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Officer To support with all aspects of quality assurance and contractual compliance for the Growth Company CRF programme contracts and compliance team. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • On a monthly basis, sample evidence records to ensure the accuracy of data and supporting evidence for claims, reporting back to providers and Sub contract managers on outcomes and action required
  • Ensuring all claims are ready and complaint for MI team to submit
  • Working with MI team to monitor and collate provider’s outcome through reporting system.
  • Support internal and external audits outcomes
  • Training and development of staff
  • Carry out and supporting with observations, audits, monthly and quarterly reports to the supply chain and internal management team.
  • Using reports to review MI and other quality data to identify trends and issues, and report back findings to supply chain and inform and propose additional quality actions.
  • Ensure quality and compliance updates and communicated to, and understood by, all relevant staff.
  • Undertake observations of practice and produce feedback to senior compliance and claims officer.
  • concerns.
  • To deliver training to Supply chain with regards to quality and compliance.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to convert analysis to reports.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with managers and key staff internal and external.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft office systems, web based products and bespoke MGC systems.

 

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work flexibly, multi task and to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to high standard of quality
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.

 

Experience:

  • Undertaking audit and compliance checks to ensure contractual requirements.
  • Experience of developing and delivering training sessions.
